What this is.
A small, opinionated guide to Cascais, Portugal during the month of June — written for people spending a week or two on the Estoril coast, not a weekend.
Who it's for
The default reader is a visiting family with at least one teenager — but the picks work for couples, groups of friends, or a solo trip. The focus is on what's good in June specifically: the festivals, the water temperature, the wind, the long evenings.
What it isn't
- An exhaustive directory — there are dozens of restaurants we've left out.
- A booking service — we link out, but don't take commissions or run a tracker.
- SEO content — entries are written to be useful, not to rank.
How it's built
Plain HTML, CSS, and a small amount of JavaScript. No framework, no build step, no third-party trackers. The whole site is a few dozen kilobytes — it should load instantly on hotel Wi-Fi or a 4G train ride.

Deployed continuously to Cloudflare Pages on push to main.
Status
This is the first build. The structure is complete, and the content is a strong starting draft — but several entries still need local verification. We'll mark each entry "verified June 2026" as we re-check it on the ground.

Privacy
We don't set cookies, don't track you, and don't embed third-party scripts. Cloudflare may log request metadata at the edge as part of normal hosting — see Cloudflare's policy.
